WE SHIP AUSTRALIA WIDE

Please send us an email with the following information:

1. Product/style name or code (from our website).
2. Approximate quantity you are considering purchasing.
3. The logo you want added to the garment or promotional item.

Logo/Artwork Files - Vector art (usually an .EPS or .AI Illustrator file) is our preferred format and is essential for screenprinting. Please ensure that all text has been saved as outlines or curves. For embroidery, other file formats such as - .JPG, .PDF, .TIF are acceptable.

We will endeavour to provide you with a quotation as soon as possible. We will often include artwork mock-ups showing you how the finished product will look.

We understand that seeing a web image of a garment isn't always sufficient. We'll do our best to accommodate your sample requirements but please note that we are not a warehouse and that we only have a limited sample range. This means we can't always provide you with a specific size or colour. And because we can't send out the full size range, our website includes sizing charts to guide you.

Samples are sent to you with an invoice so we can keep track of them. Once the samples are returned, we cancel the invoice. We appreciate your co-operation in returning samples in original, unmarked condition within 7 days of receiving them.

Please note: Due to the number of sample requests we receive, we can only send a
maximum of three garments per customer at one time.

Once you've decided on the garments you'd like to order, we need the following info:
a) Garment style, colour and quantity of each size.
b) Your logo or decoration details if we don't already have them.
c) Your address details for invoicing and delivery.

Once we have this information we will send you an Order Confirmation and Payment Form.
For most new orders we include artwork proofs for your approval prior to production.

We require your credit card details or upfront payment before we can proceed with your order. Payment methods include Visa card, Mastercard, electronic funds transfer and cheque.

Most garment orders take 2 to 4 weeks to turnaround depending on stock availability and your delivery location.

Please note: We have a no return or exchange policy except on faulty merchandise.
