      Vector art (usually an .EPS or. AI Illustrator file) is our preferred format and is essential for screenprinting. Please ensure that all text has been saved as outlines or curves. For embroidery, other file formats such as – JPG, PDF, PNG are acceptable.

    How to Place an Order

    Once you’ve decided on the garments you’d like to order, we need the following info:

    1. Garment style, colour and quantity of each size.
    2. Your logo or decoration details if we don’t already have them.
    3. Your address details for invoicing and delivery.

    Once we have this information we will send you an Order Confirmation and Payment Form.
    For most new orders we include artwork proofs for your approval prior to production.

    We require your credit card details or upfront payment before we can proceed with your order. Payment methods include EFT, Visa, Mastercard and cheque.

    Most garment orders take 2 to 4 weeks to turnaround depending on stock availability and your delivery location. Please note: We have a no return or exchange policy except on faulty merchandise.

    Need Samples?

    Samples are available by purchase only.

    Brand new samples of most of our stock service garments can be purchased at our wholesale prices plus a delivery fee.

    Unfortunately we can’t accommodate the frequent requests we get for free samples so we try to assist by offering brand new samples at great wholesale rates.

    New samples will be supplied plain and in original packaging. If you proceed with an order for uniforms, samples can be returned for inclusion in your embroidery production run. Otherwise, samples are supplied on a ‘no exchange and no return’ basis.

    We are not a warehouse or retail store and we don’t hold stock. We are authorized distributors for a select range of apparel brands and we purchase stock to fulfill customer orders.

    You are welcome to visit our office/showroom in Crows Nest but we aren’t able to display every style, colour and size available.

    We do our best to provide accurate sizing information including size charts and ‘how to measure’ instructions on our website. We also try to provide the best images available for each style and colourway.
